Faith, family, and love were the guiding forces behind Demi and Austin’s wedding and relationship. Meeting while working at a local Hacienda restaurant, they quickly realized their friendship was meant to be more. Both feel that early in their relationship they knew they were soulmates, but it wasn’t until a mission trip to Honduras that they experienced a deeper love than ever before, culminating in Austin proposing to Demi on a mountaintop.
When planning their wedding, they knew they wanted to have a bohemian, vintage vibe. Tons of greenery, floral and lace provided the base of the decor, while Demi’s mother and grandmother’s antiques and china made for special accessories with meaning.
A table holding photos and mementos of their travels and great times together greeted guests as they walked into their reception. But, the most special moment of their day was when they departed the reception surrounded by just their close family and friends with lit candles creating a precious, solemn moment of family support and love as they left to start their married life together.
