Grandma’s know best. For several years Abbi and Stephan shared a friendship based on their faith and passion for music. Even though Abbi insisted that she and Stephan were always just friends, her grandmother often told her there was something special between them beyond friendship. Of course, she proved right and Abbi and Stephan’s friendship grew deeper, and slowly they fell in love. When planning their big day, Abbi dreamed of a fairytale wedding and found the perfect venue, the Bauerhaus. Feeling like they stepped back in time to an old forest complete with an enchanted cottage hidden in the woods, they could not have been happier with the setting of their outdoor ceremony and indoor reception. Sadly, Abbi’s grandmother passed away a year before the wedding, but they both felt her there with them, a special part to the beginning of their happily ever after.
