Work can be a magical place… at least it was for Lachelle and Michael who worked together for 2 years before Michael finally got up the nerve to ask Lachelle on a date. They have been inseparable ever since, and Lachelle had no doubts as she said “Yes!” to Michael when he got down on one knee while vacationing in the Dominican Republic.
It was important to both of them to bring in many special details to their wedding, including having a heart cut from one of Michael’s mother’s skirts that Lachelle had sewn onto the back of his tie to honor her as she had passed away from cancer in 2012. Lachelle’s aunts decorated the reception, and they used a cake cutting set of her grandmother’s. The day also would not have been complete without having their beloved furbaby, Pagaso, a part of their ceremony, a decision they are so glad they made as he recently passed away. The photos of their day will be cherished for a lifetime.
